Message	not exaclty the right word but i can't think of what i want to use instead. What i'm talking about is that the rest of the car has been subjected to the weather/sun/whatever else while the area under the stripe hasn't seen the light of day. If i'm correct on this, then the only way to get rid of it would to have the car repainted. Hopefully i'm wrong and you can simply go out there and take it out with a little soap and elbow grease.
